Why we exist

Most weight loss clinics in Nashville will sell you a month of medication from a form. We will not. We draw your labs, read your body composition, write a twelve-week plan with the price and the taper on it, and then put a nurse in your week. If the numbers say no, we say no.

The Starting Line

Seventy-five minutes, four readings, one written plan.

01

Labs

Drawn on site at the first visit: metabolic panel, thyroid, A1c, lipids. Back within two business days. Nothing is prescribed before they are.

02

Body composition

Muscle, fat and water, not just a number on a scale. Repeated at week twelve so the plan protects muscle, not just the total.

03

The plan

Medication if any, the dose schedule, the weekly check-in day, two dietitian sessions, the monthly NP visit, the price, and the exit plan. In writing, yours to keep.

04

The weekly

The same nurse every week, in person before work or on video at lunch. Side effects, dose, food, the hard week. A person, not a portal.

$149

Credited against month one.

Nothing prescribed until the labs are back. If the numbers say no, we say no.

What people say they wanted

A real person, a real price, and a plan for after.

Illustrative stories. Wrenhaven is a fictional clinic; these are written examples, not patient reviews.

Marcus called every Tuesday at 7:15. When week three went badly he had me in that afternoon and the dose stayed put for a fortnight. That is the whole difference.

Illustrative story, semaglutide program

The plan had the taper on page two before I had taken a single dose. I had never seen a clinic write down the end.

Illustrative story, tirzepatide program

Labs on day one, labs at week twelve, and someone who explained the second set next to the first. No app, no portal, a person.

Questions

Questions people ask before they book

Still unsure? Call (615) 555-0164 and ask Jordan.

Is a doctor actually involved?

Yes. Dr. Priya Raman, MD, founded the clinic, writes the protocols and reviews every plan before a prescription is written. Day to day you see Dana Whitfield, NP, and your weekly nurse; Dr. Raman is the collaborating physician in the building during clinic hours.

What does it really cost, after the first month?

The same. The semaglutide program is $349 a month and the tirzepatide program is $449 a month, every month, with the medication, the weekly nurse, the monthly NP visit, the dietitian sessions and the week-12 labs included. The Starting Line is $149 and is credited against month one. No intro price, no membership, no packages.

Is the medication compounded?

Yes. It is prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy to a prescription written for you. Compounded medication is not FDA-approved and we never describe it as the same as a brand-name product. We tell you which pharmacy, and the plan records the dose at every step.

What happens when I stop?

It is on the plan from day one. Every program carries a taper and a maintenance section: a dietitian, monthly readings and a nurse to call, at $199 a month with no medication. Results vary, and we say so, but nobody is handed a last dose and a goodbye.

What are the side effects?

Nausea, constipation, fatigue and reflux are common in the first weeks and usually ease; rarer problems exist and the guide lists them plainly. The weekly nurse check-in exists so a bad week is caught in days, not at the next refill.

Can I just come for an IV?

Yes. The IV lounge is open from 7 am, drips are priced upfront from $129, and a nurse places every one. We describe them as fluids and vitamins, not as treatment for anything.
